THERAPY, COUNSELLING & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Warwick and Leamington Spa specialising in therapy and personal development for Adults and Young People.

I have undergone extensive training as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with over fifteen years experience supporting adults and young people to address a range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Loss and bereavement

  • Identity issues

  • Sexual abuse

  • Low self-esteem

  • Relationship issues

  • Life transitions

  • Careers and life direction

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist I bring together effective contemporary approaches to therapy, drawing from a variety of models to suit your individual needs.

Additionally, if you are looking for an exciting and challenging space for personal exploration, growth, and development then the comprehensive 360 personal development programme is for you. Gain all-round and in-depth insight into who you are, how you've developed, and where you are heading.  The 360 Insight and 360 Accelerator options have been built to provide more structure, guidance, intensity, and rapid self discovery to allow you to reach your potential.  To find out more, including the difference between the 360 programme and regular therapy sessions, visit the 360 page.

MY PRACTICE

There are times in everyone's life when things are tough, distressing, and feel overwhelming. We might find ourselves repeating unhelpful and destructive patterns in the way we behave or relate to others.  We might feel uncertain about ourselves, our relationships, and direction in life.

During times of deep distress, counselling and psychotherapy can be, quite literally, a life saver.    At other times, focussing on your self-insight and development can be uplifting, liberating, and life enhancing.

Whether you are seeking therapy and/or personal development, I believe that the relationship between myself and my clients is crucial.  I aim to build a supportive, safe, and confidential relationship where we can discuss and explore you, your life, and your potential.

WHY SEEK PSYCHOTHERAPY, COUNSELLING OR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT?

You may be experiencing a specific, or range of issues, feel you're having a tough time, or you might have a general curiosity and want to understand yourself better.   You may feel that something known or unknown is holding you back.

Counselling, psychotherapy, and personal development can often seem confusing to people who have not experienced them before.  If you have any questions, then do get in contact to ask.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss private counselling/therapy and the 360 programme, or to book an appointment. It's often easier to contact me using the 'contact me' button below or via email. If you would prefer a telephone call, please leave a voicemail or a text message and i will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

I have seven years intensive training experience in counselling and psychotherapy, and more than fourteen years experience of supporting people to lead more comfortable, satisfying and enjoyable lives.

As an integrative therapist, I am experienced in drawing upon different theoretical models such as relational, attachment based, psychodynamic, person centred and energy work.

I have experience working with a wide range of clients in both short-term, time limited and long term therapy. In addition to my private practice, I work as a consultant for the NHS, provide training to community health teams, and work with CAMHS and CMHTs.

Whilst demand for appointments remains very high, I offer two urgent appointments each week.  These are for individuals would are keen to be seen urgently.

If you do not feel like you can wait or you do not want to wait for an appointment, please do let me know that you would like an urgent appointment.  If an urgent space remains available, I can then offer this to you.

The first appointment is a good way for us both to gain a strong sense of whether we can work together in a way that will be helpful and valuable for you.

I work with all adults and young people aged 16 and above.  I will consider working with younger teenagers as long as I feel they are mature enough to make decisions in their own best interests.

  • Adults

  • Seniors (70+)

Many of my clients have been referred by previous clients, and I have a high success rate with people engaged in professional roles, including business owners, doctors, lawyers and teachers.

I have significant experience helping students through a range of challenges.
